We're holding a panel of LGBTQ faculty and staff for a lunchtime discussion to celebrate their successes and discuss any obstacles they've faced throughout their careers. After a brief introduction of speakers, we will open the room for a series of informal questions and discussions. We hope to address the specific challenges LGBTQ individuals in academia, the job market, and navigating graduate school in general. All are welcome!
