We're holding a panel of ethnic and racial minority faculty and staff for a lunchtime discussion to celebrate their successes and discuss any obstacles they've faced throughout their careers. After a brief introduction of speakers, we will open the room for a series of informal questions and discussions. We hope to address the specific challenges that ethnic and racial minorities face in academia, the job market, and navigating graduate school in general. All are welcome!
