Racial minorities are under-represented in higher education. As a result, many minority graduate students do not have access to mentors within their own department who can speak to their questions and concerns. Come hear from faculty and professionals who have gone through it- graduate school, the job market, and the promotion process. Panelists will share their insights and take your questions.  Lunch will be served.
